About AETI

Our passion for Afghanistan led us to establish AETI in late 2008. As a group of patriotic Afghan scholars and professionals, with world-class expertise and experience, we rose up to the challenge of rebuilding Afghanistan, to which we have vowed long-term commitment. We are intimately familiar with the heterogeneous challenges facing Afghanistan and Pakistan; this enables us to formulate robust reconstruction and infrastructure development solutions. We vigorously believe that our unique capabilities deliver management rigor, excellence, and professionalism, to key processes and efforts that are an integral part of the reconstruction efforts in Afghanistan. Our deep knowledge of the region enables us to operate seamlessly in all geographic areas of Afghanistan as well as in the neighboring regions. We also derive key support from several highly accomplished Americans that are profoundly passionate about the field of international development, bringing forth development experience in over thirty-five countries.

As an Afghan-owned small business, with world-class capabilities, we deliver unique reconstruction and development solutions for Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the neighboring region. We are driven by our passion to employ our knowledge and ideas in the region, thereby engendering environments with reduced poverty, enhanced security, economic stability, and sustainable infrastructures. Over ten local Afghan Small and Medium Business Enterprises currently operate under the AETI umbrella in Afghanistan. These local companies have substantial past performance in technical areas.
